Hello Everyone,

My name is Bob Rafferty and I am new to this site as well as new to metal detecting. I live in NH.

My son and I found this spoon in my yard this evening. It says WMA Rogers on the back of the spoon. From what I can tell from pictures on google and ebay, it is a "fiddle" pattern, but I am not sure. Can anyone help me date this spoon? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Bob Rafferty

Thanks IronSpike!

I will bookmark that site for future reference. I appreciate your help.

How often is generally acceptable to ask for help identifying things? I don't want to be a nuisance, but I do have a bottle that I am not sure about.

Thanks again,

Bob

Love the spoon dude! I found one too but it's not as good yours. On the back of mine it said national nickel silver. Great find!
