Need help identifiying a button

I found this button today while at a property where an old homestead stood. At first I thought it was Civil War, but after cleaning it up and seeing the plane, that idea shot out the window. The picture quality isn't the best, but it has 9 stars on top, a plane in the middle, and a field on the bottom. The back is rusted out so I can't see any writing. Any help is appreciated
