Came across this item in the middle of a trail. It weighs 7.5 grams and is 25 mm in diameter. This particular area has produced items from the early 1700's through modern day. It looks and feels like a coin, but I don't think so...If you have any thoughts, please let me know. Thx!

Your 1st image reminds of the reverse image of this coin due to the lettering:
SG-6680s.jpg

The reverse has a naked boy on a horse with the Greek legend ΦΙΛΙΠ - ΠΟΥ (Philip). Under the body of the horse is the Greek Letter Π below the upraised left leg. The coin measures 23mm and weighs 14 grams.
The coin was minted between 323-316BC.
Don in SoCal.

good call on the image, odd there is no obverse, so not a coin...but, does it have age to it? a weight perhaps or something utilitarian?
