was it found very far away from human development's ?

like roads , homes , or the river running from them ?

There’s current homes and human habitat in the area. The “white” is stone and I think the dark may also be stone, but part of me thinks possibly bone 🤔

It looks like a partially eroded ironstone concretion like those I find around NE Penna.
