Hello, to all who read this

I have a historical framed document of the
National Lincoln Monument
Oak Ridge cemetery in Springfield,IL,
THAT is dated for the year of 1876.

Only info I was able to find on this document was in the LIBRARY OF Congress.
ANYONE that can help me with the value of this document is greatly appreciated.

The $20 price you quote seems to be the Alamy price for a digital copy. If the OP has an original framed print, the price could be much different.

Mass produced engraving of Historic location

If this was in better shape, without the foxing and water damage, I would estimate between 90 - 125.00

The Library of Congress is the nation's oldest federal cultural institution, and it serves as the research arm of Congress. It is also the largest library in the world.

Items like this usually trade because they look good on a wall - they have no intrinsic value like a coin or something. The water damage at the bottom keeps this from being very valuable. Is the copyright Payne, 1871? Probably would be just beneath the monument engraving...also the size...the print portion should be 12 x 15 1/2. If these match, the last auction record is from 2018, where it brought $60 at Cowans Auctions in Ohio. But, the one that sold was not damaged, as this is.
