Need help decoding please

On my first hunt and I managed to find this point. I’m now stuck and can’t seem to make it to the next point. I’ve scoured the internet trying to figure this out. Near water, in the appalachian region.

Interesting to say the least.
Though for age I would say it was done a mechanical device of some sorts.
The letter/design above the B looks like in the upper left hand point the round drill/cutter started the process.
Chiseled out marks wouldn't be so accurate in width like these are.
Just my thoughts-that's all.
Have no idea on the meaning
