Need help dating this "Kelly Perfect" axe head

Hi folks,

This axe head was found in Holcomb Valley, just outside of Big Bear Lake, California
Can anybody help me date it? I think it is a "felling" axe.

From the amount of corrosion, and just the look of it overall, I'd think it's pretty modern.
