What does it say on the back of your dish? It looks like Wedgwood brown transfer china. If you Google that, you'll see many other scenic patterns similar to yours.

This seller figured it to be from the 1840's; 04 Transferware 9.5âe� WALMER 1840s plate
Another I find says 1850, while this one (not from a seller) says the Walmer pattern was 1845-50, but doesn't say by who, unless it's within the text I didn't read: http://todaysvintage.com/collecting/contentview.asp?c=259243
