✅ SOLVED Need Cutout Token Help

I found this token in Central Wis., it says Good For 5 In Trade At The Bar on the obverse, and has the initials J.A. on the reverse. I'm wondering what the J.A. stands for, or if this is just a generic token.

Mick--it isn't a generic token. The guy whose initials were J. A. and who ran the bar that used these tokens knew who he was. His customers also knew who he was. It is just that he probably didn't want others to know who he was. Either that or he wanted to bedevil those of us who see his token years in the future and wonder what the heck. Maverick tokens like this (initials only) are very hard to attribute, and yours may never be proven. Do consider posting pics on tokencatalog so other eyes can take a run at it.
