Need coin I.D.... square coin, German?

I found this coin a couple of years ago in a used car. I need help with this one. I have never seeen a square coin before.

The writing on the swan side says "_och.bahn.ham.burg". The first letter is hard to decipher but looks like an H.

Anyone recognize this? It's a little over 2 cm square.

If you would like a cheap digital camera thats easy to use and takes great closeups check out the old Sony Mavicas on eBay. FD-83, FD-85 or FD-88. They use the old floppy disc so you need a floppy drive on your computer. This what I use for here and on eBay.
