Need button id help

Thank you for viewing this thread. Found this today and wonder if it could be a Military button. Hoping some veterans might recognize this one. The back is totally encrusted and I did not want to clean it unless it's military. best,View attachment 1299505

The person image has hands with fingers that are scratching and the face looks foward. There appears to be boots on the feet. Was thinking maybe a paratrooper button. Very threatening.
