The photos are too out-of-focus for absolute certainty of ID, but your 2-piece button appears to be the "borderless" version of Missouri State Seal button, which the Albert book lists as MO-3A and 3-B, post-civil-war era. The back-view photos are also unfocused, so I cannot see whether the "Superior Quality" backmark's lettering has serifed letters or non-serifed letters. If serifed, your button dates from the late-1800s. If non-serifed, probably 20th-Century.
