Need Asian help w/Large white Buddha statue w/ unknown signature or makers mark

I have a Buddha statue that I can't find another one like. It's big at about 12" tall x 10.5" wide x 10.5" deep, it weighs at least 10LBS & yet its pretty much hollow. Possibly porcelain? It's also has a black stand it fits perfectly on. There is writing on the back below the neck on the robe & it's a name or manufacturer or something? But I can't read whatever it says in whatever language it is. The detail on this statue are great! On eBay there is a similar but very cheap with no where near the details & it's just a concrete garden statue. This one seems like the real deal of what the garden statue is copying. I've seen whole alot of Buddha statues but nothing of this size & this material with the detail this has. Anyone have an idea on a value or even more so what does the writing say? These pix show the writing or symbols pretty well.
