I recently dug a draped bust half cent while out digging, and it looked to be 1805. When I looked closer, I saw it was a small 5 and there were stems on the wreath, meaning it was quite rare(125 known to exist). However, if you look at pictures of other 1805 half cents compared to mine, the 5 on mine looks slanted. Not sure if it's a trick of the mind or if it's another number that's just worn weird, so please let me know if you can figure it out. Pics are attached. Thx in advance, and as always, happy hunting.

I think it is a 1806, sorry
But it is just my opinion on what I see.

Although it does look like a 5

On the three varieties of the 1805 (Sheldon 267/268/269) all of the top bars of the 5s sweeps up and the tip of the bottom curve has a knob. The first pic is a 268 variety and the last is 269.
Your date doesn't look to have those features in the pictures.
You might want to dust it with flower and lightly swipe off the high points to maybe get a better look at the date.
I hope you can get a better look and it is a 1805!

Definitely not an 1805. The top of the last digit is definitely rounded at top, whereas the 5 is very sharp at the top. I would say 1806 or 1808.

Looking at it more, it does appear to be 1806. However, it is still a good find because it is a stems and small 6, making it worth 150-200 dollars in this awful condition. Not as good as the 950 for the small 5 stems, but I'll take it.
