Need a period ID

Found this one awhile back now and had posted it up on another forum. I couldn't get a straight answer as the debate on the when/who turned into who could pee further between folks.
So it has nudged my curiosity once again it. If anyone can provide some insight on it, it would be much appreciated, thanks.
Found in Ontario, 20 miles NE of Toronto.

From growing up in the west (BC) and not knowing much about the eastern artifacts it's basically all new to me.

So the Bascom's are from the Archaic period between 4100 and 3900 BP [FONT=Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif]from what I gather reading a tad up on the type. [/FONT]

Typical of Terminal Archaic/Transitional (lots of different designations) broadpoints -- wide, thin & flat.

Thanks relic. I didn’t think that either just sometimes it seems if someone takes a left field guess than the next several will reply with name and examples and all the good stuff I’m trying to absorb.
