Neat Button. Any ID's Please...

Hello all,
I went back to the place I found the cache. Very scarce as targets go, but I did manage to find this neat button...
I was hoping maybe someone could tell me what it represents, or any other info about it.
It seems to be made of heavy brass, it weighs as much as the half does easy...
The second pic is for size comparason, that's a Barber half beside it..
Thanks in advance...
Good luck & Happy hunting~

From a series of zodiac buttons believed to date from the late 1800's, it depicts Scorpio, ruled by Mars? Oct. 23 to Nov. 22. Nice find... and nice timing, too! It's one of the scarcer varieties in the series, and is worth around $20-30.

and, Thanks PBK,,, That's some great information... could I ask ya where you got the info, was it out of a book, on-line, or did you just know it already... Neat looking, and worth a little bit too, what a week...

Here you go, Leon:

The Big Book of Buttons
By Elizabeth Hughes & Marion Lester
"Stars, Moons, and Zodiacs," pp. 404-405
Plate 167 - #24

Note: the price is listed as $15, but values have nearly doubled since the book was published.
Turns out it's not quite as scarce as I recalled, but still worth $20-30.
