Howdy Folks. I dug an old Naval Button this afternoon. Looks to be an older one but the back is toasted so I can't identify it. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like it may be civilian, I have never seen any with iron back.

Nice link. My button is not in this mix. My variety starts with the rope coming from left to right beneath the anchor shaft leaving a "loop" on the "right" of shaft before going up into the anchor's "eyehole" from left to right. It sure looks military and old to me but, you may be right. I'll keep searching for an exact match. Thanks mate.:icon_thumright:
