Navajo Hallmark Signature on Bear Cuff??? HELP Please!

I recently was given a sterling silver walking bear cuff bracelet as a gift. I believe this is a Navajo piece. I was trying to do a little research on the signature but can't seem to find it anywhere. After countless hours looking I figured I would turn to the experts for advice. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Please see attached photos for the signature.

Looks modern
Very familiar with south western jewelry
I don't see the art in this as being connected to any tribe
IMO its just an artists generic creation
