DMCll with auto tune switch with 5 knobs no high low switch,no SLB,and four 9v batteries,Plugged in a 15” coil and turned on and nothing I have good batteries I checked voltage it’s around 18v,I checked voltage at the on-off switch inside and it’s 18v,it was working perfectly fine a few seconds before switching coils now it’s dead not a sound even with the coil I had just removed and it was working fine before the coil swap ,any help would be appreciated

Did you try switching back to the other coil ?

Did you try switching back to the other coil ?

I did that almost immediately but apparently the big coil blew something in the detector
