Detector(s) used
CTX 3030, Minelab X-Terra 70, Minelab GP3500, Goldbug 2, Deus...high frequency and stock coils, Equinox 800, and Minelab Gold Monster 1000.
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
Approximately 1.5" diameter. Copper/brass?
Backside looks like lead like other bridle rosettes I've found. Yes the photo is not much help. Has a "stylized Eagle head, very squared off. It repeats above, but smaller. Very beat/old. Sothern Douglas county Oregon, Cow Creek/near Applegate trail, northern extreme of gold country in this area. PS guessing Native American trade good? Using a 30x lighted lope.
Edit I believe 3 Eagles stacked, with stylized feather. Three eyes stacked, left to right getting smaller as you go right/up as viewing from bottom..

Probably should not have posted this because it takes a 30x lope with good light to see feathers and stylized eagle heads. I'll kill this by saying, solved.

I'd swear I see a couple of horse heads rather than eagles. If you rotate the split (currently at bottom) to the 1:00 position I really think that's what's there?
