Native American Eagle eating Serpant?

Found this in the garden of a home we purchased in Utah. We have no back ground on where it came from. American Indian ? Any help would be great.

the difference in stone types leads me to think it is natural...softer stone wearing away from harder layers. nice stone, a keeper, but not in any Native American style.

I don't think it's Indian, but pretty cool. You found it in a garden, so maybe a decorative stone brought in from somewhere else? Lots of geologists and people who run rock shops in Utah, so maybe run it by one of them.
