I am trying to work my paydirts as best as possible learning gold extraction. I saw two variant "Gold Labs" on you tube. Since I dont want to get too high tech or spend that kind of money on the official "Gold Lab". I went and copied an example I saw on Ballentine Prospector. I thought this would be best for me. I have been tweaking it and was able to extract fine powder gold. However, there is organic material heavy and very light. I was able to get rid of the heavy easy enough. I just classified it out. But the very small stuff always stayed with my nano flake as I think it was the same weight. Any ideas on how to remove that material? Anyone else work with that system and can comment?

I use an Isopropanol water mix 50 / 50 for the last clean up. Just be care full. Isopropanol is producing explosive fumes. Work out side, don’t smoke and use a carbon filter mask. You will see that the gold is just sticking on the ground of your pan.

what a cool idea. Do you capture and reuse your special panning liquid?
