The t-net coin "brainiacs" will probably want to see a pic of the edge before giving their opinions! In any case, it's weird and if manufactured that way, maybe valuable. Andi

 

[Fix]

Someone may have made it the size of a dime to fit into the old 10 cent candy machines. I used to use tiny poker chips from a board game we had. lol

I wonder if someone had a ton of pennies, filed down the edges to get copper, and would still be able to use the penny as money. Guessing I guess.

When I was a kid in the early 70's we used to sit around reducing the size of pennies to dime size and would use them in the vending machines of a local bowling alley, rubbed them on concrete I believe.
