I cement disk with lots of nails in it about 2 inches wide found in play ground dirt pile. Construction site.

I have seen things like that before but I am not sure what it did. Maybe you put it on the bottom of a vase and you stick flowers into the nails to keep them from shifting around?

I was told years ago by someone who had a couple of similar things for exactly that purpose.

Flower holder. Just sold about a dozen in an estate sale. 25 cents each. They are still used.
