Mystery Talisman?

Hi guys, new to the forum and I love it so far. I've had this odd little talisman for about 20 years and my mom had it for about 20 years before she gave it to me. She said she got it from an old boyfriend who got found it while cleaning out an old lady's room in a nursing home. Don't know anything else about it. I've showed it to a few people but nobody know what it is. I'm hoping you guys can help identify it!

Here is what I have found. On side one, the word "Hagiel" means God sees (and also is a Hebrew baby name.) The work "Haniel" is the archangel of joy. The word "Ebvleb" was said to be the son of evil. The word "Asmodel" means an Angel but I couldn't find much eles. On side two the only word I could make out was "Oxie" and the only thing I found was the name of a village in Sweden.
