Found it at a foundation dating from the 1700's to about 1930's

No markings and it looks cast

No real mystery. It is indeed a spoon handle. Without markings it is anyone's guess as to the maker and era.

I've done silverware matching in the past. It is very tedious and time consuming.

Heat this relic gently and bend it into a pinky ring or a key fob and call it good.
