Dear Fellow Hunters!

Hello again! I found this snowflake-y item about a week ago in my front yard (neighborhood dates around the 1920s and my house is about 85 years old). It's almost shaped like a cookie cutter, but I'm almost 100% sure it's not because it's way too small (2 inches, or 5 centimeters, across at its widest) and the back looks like it was attached to something. It's very crumbly, but only small granules of metal will crumble off; the overall structure is pretty sound still. There are no markings that I can see. Thank you in advance everyone who replies!

Looks like a water faucet handle with the center broken out.

Cheap pot metal junk handle. I remember one I broke because you had twist the heck out of it in order to stop the faucet from dripping. A definite planned obsolescence in design.
