✅ SOLVED Mystery Part? Automotive? Tractor? No Clue!

Found this near an old stone foundation in the woods. It may be old, but it's fairly close to the road, so it could be more recent. Maybe some automotive or tractor part? It's around 4" in diameter and looks to be iron. Any guesses?
