Mystery old coin??

Found this (copper) large coin. I'm afraid to clean it without proper ID. Found it in Poland on an island that has a legend of Napoleon soldier settling there with his Polish woman. Found few other coins from early 1800's

It's around 25mm in diameter and almost 4mm thick. Rounded edges, could be wear or it was made in a primitive way.

Thanks for looking, this one has me stumped.
 

Almost looks like a fleur-de-lis in pic #1.

Is it brass or bronze? A jeton, maybe?
