Mystery lead and pieces to a trunk or furniture?

Here I am again. I went detecting today and found a piece of lead that isn't perfectly round and doesn't have any markings. Would this be a handmade chess piece or something else?

Every time I visit this 1800's homestead, I find these decorative pieces of lead (I'm guessing) and iron. Do you think they are part of a trunk or furniture?

Here are 2 pieces that are different but I'm sure they served the same purpose.

The pieces do appear to be furniture parts, such as a drawer-pull. They are either pewter or potmetal or some other "White-Metal" alloy... because lead is too soft and bend-able to use as a handle, or even a furniture decoration.

Thank you CannonballGuy! Makes sense. I must be digging up a darn master bedroom! Can't wait until all these are out of the ground.

Maybe they are from a chest and when you get those out of the way you'll find the treasure??
