Been finding some cool stuff and meeting some nice folks for permissions. Here are some of the items I have found that I am unsure of... hoping my fellow t-netters can help identify some of this stuff.
the washer with the lines on the edges strikes me as maybe an early lock washer. The item pictured with the ihp appears to me to be a guitar pick... my friend said it looked like a flattened penny but I don’t see any of the penny markings I would expect. The duke tag thing could be duke power maybe? The rectangular compact looking thing would not be as big of a mystery except for the thick layer of iron crust on the back. The scrap of metal with the reverse writing is an odd one...looks like a slate roof ad. found it in a yard of a home that dates back to pre-war of northern aggression. Next, the metal thing with a bi-plane looks like an early key fob. The paper ad is from an old house my buddy owns. I like reading old papers and this ad for the “Cosby special” bed seemed kinda ironic and funny to me. Imagine if Serra hired him today for a bed commercial! Lol! Almost as bad as if he had done a drug commercial. Thanks for looking!
