The wreck of the Washington fast freight train at Port Chester early yesterday morning is a puzzle that the officials of the New York. New Haven and Hartford Railroad are unable to solve. The train was running at the rate of sixty miles an hour when it took the switch at the stone bridge spanning the little stream called the Bynam River, and plunged over an embankment seventy feet to a swamp below.
