Mystery disk with stamp.

Not sure about this. I thought it might be a livestock tag, but I don't remember finding any like this. It was found within a few feet of where I found a Massachusetts Militia Cap Plate.

It's the same size as a large cent. The only thing imprinted on it is, "P.D. IG"

I don't know what it was originally,( 1gram of Palladium) but it looks like someone crudely put 2 holes in it to make a Whizzer. Breezie
