Mystery coin.

Hi all,I found this coin/token today and was wondering if someone might be able to help id it.I can make out province something Canada around the standing figure.On the back there is a circle with writing in it and a ribbon at the base with a date of 1837 with writing below that.There are allso figures in the nooks of the X one is a beaver but I cant make out the others. Thanks !

There has been a few of them posted on TNet, I found one here in Southern NJ years ago, just as it says, a Bank Token, known as a Habitant Token

front legend is Providence Du Bas Canada Back reads Bank Token
around outer rim with Concordia Salus on the ribbon and half penny at
the bottom. Composition - copper.
It is a canadian token coinage half penny approx. 240,000 minted.
vg - $2.00 f - $4.00 vf - $9.00

Hi NGE,I'm a couple of hours north of Endicott,Mon or tues.I'll be about 4 hours further north around 13th lake in the Adirodacks workin,oh wait a min. I forgot I'm fired !
