I did not find it, my girlfriend's father sent her a pic. He found it today with a cheap machine that rang up 'coin' only.
 

I was looking at some of the Napoleon coins...they definitely look very similar. I can't seem to find an exact match though, none of the noses or mouths look exactly the same as this coin.
 

yeah that seems pretty close, I guess I was just having trouble seeing the detail on the pictures.

There's a bump on the back of Napoleons III neck on his coin. That's the head band that's on the coin just very worn. The Belgian coin doesn't have it.
