Found this today, and I'm not really sure what it is. I don't want to start scrubbing on it without an Idea of what it might be. It's just barely bigger than a Clad penny. Thanks for any input.

Thanks Bramblefind, looks like I can go ahead and mark Solved. Funny thing, this site has yet to produce an American coin, one Chinese something and now this Austrian deal. But, this kreuser is my earliest date, can't really tell how old the Chinese coin is.

A lot of foreign currency was accepted in America until 1857 when large cent/half cent production was halted and the small cent came out. I know that predates this coin by 2 years but whoever had it may have discarded it once it lost its currency value.
