Well not all there and close to 2 inches across. Looks familiar with rope border and possible sun burst pattern.

Dug out of 1920's park. Far end of park 1860 house site covered over but not sure item is that old??

Nothing broken with clip it just seems to be going in the wrong direction.

Any ideas? -much appreciated.

Does the rounded part(first pic facing down) have a smooth area mid span as in a wick for an oil or kerosene lamp?
That would make the curved part shown in second pic a globe holder.
