✅ SOLVED Mystery bullet

It is a Gomez & Mills patent (1858) multigroove bullet for the .44 Sharps. Unfortunately, the multigrooves on yours have been eroded or abraded away. Ned a precise measurement of its length to tell you which exact version of Gomez & Mills bullet is it. And, are you sure it is a .44-cal?
