mysterious badge

Hello,

I found this and I haven't been able to figure out what it came from. It looks like a badge of some sort or a car insignia (with a fox, a castle and water). A friend also found one a bit different in style, but with the same elements. Have you ever seen this ?

Got it! Would you believe its an old VW beetle? This bug has the logo. http://images.google.com/imgres?img...?q=automotive+logo+fox+castle&um=1&hl=en&sa=G

Given that Mr Ferdinand Porsche actually developed the Bug/Beetle, and that the original vehicle was called the Porsche 60, I would say, you were actually 'sort of correct'
