I know this one will make you guys jealous 
I have a ton of nickels to dump and was getting rid of several at my dump bank this past weekend. All of the tellers in this branch are wonderfull and save all the weird/foreign coins for us. My daughter has gotten at least 200 foreign coins from the ladies for her collection. Anyways, they always let me look thru their trays for anything we want. Sure enough for the second time in the past few months saw a nice shiny silver rim in the dime stack. Both times I thought "probably Candian", but both times they were 1964D Roosevelts. Also got a 1964 quarter the same way. No dumps, just bought the single coin... Thank you very much!

Lesson Learned: make very good friendships with the tellers, it makes it more fun and they will work hard for you. I always bring in some of the cool coins we find to show them. They get mad at me when I don't bring in some for them to check out...
I also bring them treats once in a while. I'm the first guy they call when anyone brings in something cool.
