My tellers are all calling me this week while I'm away!
I had left my name and number with a bunch of tellers in town. I haven't had many results yet. So imagine my surprise when this week -- when I'm out of town on business (of course, checking banks there when I have time) -- I've gotten calls from tellers at *three* banks, informing me that some half dollars came in!
When it rains, it pours.
Fortunately, my wife and 9-yr-old boy back home are willing to go there an pick them up. (Really it's my charming son who talks to the tellers; my wife just hands them the paper cash.)
Yesterday they picked up $17.50 and got on 40%er. Not bad! Let's see what they can get tomorrow from the other two tomorrow....
