The two pieces were found on two different days, in totally separate locations! Does anyone have any idea what it is? Lol thanks yall!

What is the diameter? Looks small - looks like the center is grooved or serrated - might be part of a grinder?

It looks to have a 5" to 7" OD, splined hole, and is made of steel/iron.

Some pics of the back of the two pieces might help! They are clearly notched internally to fit over a splined shaft of some kind. Maybe a flywheel of sorts for Industrial or Farm equipment or other. Were there any sort of industries, farms or other at or near where the pieces were found?
