My smallest horseshoe.

I find a ton of these as I live in Kentucky but I found the smallest one I have ever found today at an early site. Thought it was cool, you guys/girls may disagree.

That is cool....looks like a Mule,I have some Donkey shoes pretty dang small...not sure if they are that small.I will see tomorrow.

I just call them all horseshoes from this size up to the 9 inch ones. Sorry I'm no expert other than carrying them home to my wife's dismay.

You could nail them on the fence posts, and hang flowers or bird feeders on them.

I don't normally keep horse/pony shoes but I did keep one of my smallest complete (had much small broken types) - 60cm top, length 90mm.

could be from a mine horse, they were smaller than Shetland ponies to pull ore carts up the mine shaft.

After they spent any amount down,they would go blind if brought out,and it was very stressfull to hoist them down,to do it repeatedly would have been cruel.They were well taken care of down there for sure!
