First good find for the year was a 1880 IH.
My next hunt was a 3 silver day. Started off finding a 44-P war nickel.
Not too far away my second ever silver spoon.
Then at the end of the hunt a SLQ, no date.
All 3 silvers for the day.
Went back to same property the next day for a quick follow up hunt and found a no date buffalo.
Next hunt was a older property that had a campground on it from 1968-1980. We found a lot of clad around the recreation area of the campground. Most the clad was from the 60's and 70's with most dimes and quarters 65,66 and 67's.
We moved down closer to the old house on the property and on the outskirts of the yard. Buried between some huge roots from a monster hemlock I found a toasted KG II copper half cent, my first ever.
My last hunt before we got this last snow I found my first merc for the year.
And everything together so far. I also got 11 wheats and a couple buckles, plus other little things.
