Hi, all its sanddigger Question **** Dose any one have a bad shoulder ? from detecting ? What do you do to stop the hurting ? I fell down on my right should and hit the ground with 190 pound ! had to have $50.000 for surgery to repair it. I have 5 cable in my arm so it will move. work ok , but my right should still hurt. pills help some what. So Don,t fall dowm when you get old,for me **** Happen. aka Joe

When I got my detector last month I tried at first swapping back and forth from right hand to left hand. Finally decided that since I am right-handed and would prefer to use my digging tool/Bowie knife in that hand, I would use my left hand/arm to hold/swing the detector. You might try switching arms...

peace,

My shoulder was injured years ago from downhill skiing on icy slopes...my detector is heavy and I develop shoulder aches. I use rice bag in microwave for heat, alternating with an ice pak. It helps.

I don't have a microwave or a freezer, but what do you mean by 'Rice Bag'? ( 'Ice Packs' are only available locally during winter)

peace,
cc
