my second bit of silver in the same place

after spending all day admiring your beutiful silver mercs my girls came home from school and i was nagged to go detecting. we went to the same place i found a silver token 2 weeks ago! this time we found a lovely little silver sixpence,
it came out just as shiny and nice as your mercs
its only from 1944 but it looks brand new!
my little girl has claimed it though because she saw it pop out of the hole.

thanks and crusader im working on that permision, the lady that has allowed me to detect her field and wood knows the local farmer well, she said he always gives permision to detectorists (could these fields be empty now though or would the plough
keep churning up goodies?)

Its a good sign if detectorist are doing it.

The only way to clear up is cover the land systematically. However boring this maybe.
