My piddly finds for 4plus hours at the beach today

Beautiful day so just kept on going long as I could. Found $1.46 in change, a sterling ring and some little pink doodad that looks like it goes on the end of a stick pin. The little ring was found on the path I figured most would take to the meters and refreshments. I am sure it will shine up nice.

Lots of nails, screws, bottlecaps and poptops - most wound up in the garbage along with a whole bunch of glass.

Met another detectorist, Nan, who was with her friend who is new to MDing. Lots of people got to the beach early today being Columbus Day so tomorrow might be good for finds.

Figured I would throw in my little finds once in a while - just paving the way for the BIG ONE!!

at least you got out. I had a 3 day weekend...and just my luck after driving 3 hours Friday I no sooner get to my dads and I get hit with a nasty cold. I even got up went detecting the next morning and after about 30 min. I finally had to give in and accept that I was sick and not able to enjoy it. I am hoping I am better before this weekend.

I do like the heart ring it looks celtic maybe.
