If the Indian Head looks silver, it could be someone rubbed it with quick silver. We used to do that in school to pass a Penny as a dime. I'm ashamed, I wonder if my gang is the only ones to do that?

injun looks cool. Im curious if its possible that it is silver. Looks like silver to me

I found this same broach thing in Sacramento, CA. In my own neighborhood...interesting. Wonder where they are from.

Cool finds, congrats on the Injun.

The broach is a Cub scout wolf neckerchief slide. I remember those from my brothers days in cub scouts.

Well, I think you might have hit some black and white button or something. If the scan of the IH was done in color, why is there such a difference in the background color between the IH scans and the other scans?

all the scan backgrounds are exactly the same only different background is the photo of total finds , put your glasses on the injun is in color

I wasn't trying to get negative. BUT - maybe you might want to put the glasses on. Or check your pics. I said nothing about your photo of total finds - the first two scans with your IH are not in color. They are in black and white. The earring and the recovery token are scanned in color. LOOK at the color of the scanner "lid" - it's black in the IH images and it's "greenish" black in the others. If you look closely at some of the particles on the lid itself, you will see they have no color to them in the IH pics and yet they have a "tint" to them in the others. Again, I was not trying to be negative, just trying to get an accurate view of your silver-colored IH.

Yeah, those two Indian pics are in black and white. You must be aware of this because I'm sure that Indian doesn't look silver when it's in the palm of your hand. You must have hit the wrong button.

Great finds, but it does look like it is in black and white.
