I just downloaded and is readable, it is about the Temacacury mine. You have to understand old Spaniard how they wrote in the 15th century.
 

I hope you contact me when you are able to translate. Would be great to recover any treasure!

This is the information I found.
Tumacacori is an unincorporated community in Santa Cruz County, Arizona, United States, which abuts the community of Carmen.
 

Translation the first 4 lines:
Redotero (route) year 1598-1658. This route belongs to TEMACACURY: Temacacury's mine.
called "La Virgen de Guadalupe", at 1 league ( could be 3 miles or 4 KM or can be an 1 hour on foot, further investigation needed) starting from the mayor (biggest) door of the temple to the south and from the water of Saint Roman length to the "Siniesera M" 800 feet - the following not readable -> ( al No. como CCorovta ) before getting to the mine there is a black rock chisel marked under the rock (some symbols), what this means is that you will see at 20 steps or feet from the rock the treasure will be there.
