scrounger, aka the detector collector.
kid at the candy store.
even tho i have an etrac i hunt a lot w older detectors.
i use them to grab the clad off then go over again.
and look 4 deepies.
todays find was an old fisher 1260x. in rather tough
cond. well shes a 28 yr old lady.
had to partially dissemble due to a frozen knob.
but fired up n work fine.at 50 a good deal.
recent finds;
minelab ft 16000 $25
white spectrum eagle $60
white 6000 di pro sl xb $75
fisher 1260x $50
the number 1 of the 2 discrim knobs was froze
but i wanted to try right away so i duct taped the trigger
back n used discrim 2. work grate grabbed 5.27 in clad
on the way home which is 10 percent paid for after
1st hunt.
